But it’s the truth, which men need to realise more than women, because women are already living it daily.

From gender bias to pay gaps, glass ceilings to unpaid labor, this world wasn’t built for you.

And as a man, I’m part of that system.

I’m sorry for the biases I still carry, the ones I don’t even recognize.

I need to do better. We all do.
