We all love hearing stories about smart and talented people who did amazing things. We learn about their hard work, the problems they faced, and how they never gave up.

But there’s another side to these stories that we don’t hear about often: the families of these talented people.

Families who waited to see them at dinner tables, to spend time with them on festivals, their children waiting to play with them and their better halves waiting to tell them that they had a bad day.

It’s a complex world where we are trying to achieve success and we have defined success in terms of great achievements, money, startups, increments, lavish vacation and parties.
