I cribbed (complained angrily). I cribbed what is wrong with the work I am doing, I cribbed what is wrong with the leadership, I cribbed what is wrong with the project, I cribbed what is wrong with the company.
I formed a group of cribbers and we cribbed during breakfast, during lunch, during coffee and during work.
One day I found this group cribbing against me when I was not around.
I stopped cribbing.
I got curious about what qualities my leaders have, what is my project about, what is vision of my company and how can I enjoy my work.
I formed a group of curious people, and we discussed ideas during breakfast, lunch, tea and during work.
One day I found this group nominated me for next role of leadership.
